Mindful Monday Caregiving Series
The Mindful Monday Caregiving Series with AARP is back. This Online Mindful Caregiver series will focus on how caregivers can improve quality of life, perseverance and ability to handle stressful situations. Melissa will be offering real-time mindfulness tools and techniques that are simple and easy to implement throughout the day.
Each event happens at 11am MST/ 12pm CST/ 1pm EDT.
March 27th: “Resiliency with Grief” Understand how grief and loss impact our well-being.
April 10th: “Antidote for Stress” Develop powerful coping mechanisms through mindfulness. Learn the essential tools for compassion in action instead of reaction.
April 24th: “Creating Meaningful Connections and Support” Social engagement is one of the top predictors of longevity, learn how to create impactful relationships through healthy boundaries and clear communication.
May 8th: “Cultivating Presence and Well-being” Build your foundation through mindfulness tolls for mental and physical well-being.

Join us for a virtual monthly caregiver series that will focus on how you can improve your quality of life, perseverance, and ability to handle stressful situations as a caregiver. Melissa Smith-Wilkinson, the founder of Caregiver Wellness Retreat, will be offering real-time mindfulness tools and techniques that are simple and easy to implement throughout your day. Each event will be at 11AM CST and be provided via Zoom.
